Young Artist Program 2012 all Teacher Forms
Updated August 2011 for 2012 Program

THE PROGRAM:
    ● $1000.00 Scholarship Award
    ● Awards for art: 1^st Place - $500.00,  2^nd Place- $250.00 &  3^rd Place - $100.00
    ● All forms of original art mediums will be accepted
    ● $250.00 will be awarded to one teacher whose students participate in this program.
    ● Art Item delivery deadline to YAM by May 18, 2012
    ● Deadline Dates! Deadline for “School Entry Registration Form”
          will be from February 13, 2012 - May 11, 2012,
